太陽能光伏發電

       光伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)是根據光生伏(fu)特效應原(yuan)理(li),利用太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)將太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)光能直接(jie)轉化為電(dian)(dian)能。不論是獨立使用還是并網發電(dian)(dian),光伏(fu)發電(dian)(dian)系統主要由太(tai)(tai)陽(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)板(組(zu)件(jian))、控制器(qi)和逆變器(qi)三大部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成,它(ta)們(men)主要由電(dian)(dian)子元(yuan)器(qi)件(jian)構(gou)成,但(dan)不涉及機械部(bu)件(jian)。

       太陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)分光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)電(dian)和光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)。不論(lun)產銷量(liang)、發(fa)展速度(du)和發(fa)展前景、光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)電(dian)都趕(gan)不上光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)。可能(neng)因(yin)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian)普及較廣而接觸光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)熱發(fa)電(dian)較少(shao),通常民間所說(shuo)的(de)太陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)往往指的(de)就是(shi)太陽能(neng)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電(dian),簡稱光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)。


       光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電是根(gen)據光(guang)(guang)生伏(fu)特效應原理(li)(li),利用(yong)太陽(yang)(yang)能電池(chi)將太陽(yang)(yang)光(guang)(guang)能直接轉化為電能。不(bu)論是獨立使用(yong)還是并網發(fa)電,光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電系(xi)統主要(yao)(yao)由(you)太陽(yang)(yang)能電池(chi)板(ban)(組(zu)件(jian))、控(kong)制器和逆(ni)變器三大(da)部分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng),它們主要(yao)(yao)由(you)電子元(yuan)器件(jian)構成(cheng),不(bu)涉及機械(xie)部件(jian),所以(yi),光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電設備極(ji)為精煉,可(ke)(ke)靠穩定壽命長、安裝(zhuang)維(wei)護簡便。理(li)(li)論上(shang)講,光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)發(fa)電技術可(ke)(ke)以(yi)用(yong)于任何(he)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)電源(yuan)的(de)(de)場合,上(shang)至(zhi)航天器,下至(zhi)家用(yong)電源(yuan),大(da)到兆瓦級電站,小到玩具,光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)電源(yuan)無處不(bu)在(zai)。國產(chan)晶(jing)體硅電池(chi)效率在(zai)10至(zhi)13%左右,國外同類產(chan)品(pin)效率約12至(zhi)14%。由(you)一個或多個太陽(yang)(yang)能電池(chi)片組(zu)成(cheng)的(de)(de)太陽(yang)(yang)能電池(chi)板(ban)稱為光(guang)(guang)伏(fu)組(zu)件(jian)。

       太陽能(neng)(neng)光(guang)伏(fu)發電(dian)系統由太陽能(neng)(neng)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)組、太陽能(neng)(neng)控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)、蓄電(dian)池(chi)(chi)(組)組成。如輸出電(dian)源為(wei)交流220V或110V,還需要(yao)配(pei)置逆變(bian)器(qi)。各部(bu)分(fen)的(de)作用為(wei):

      (一)太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)池(chi)板(ban):太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)電(dian)池(chi)板(ban)是太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)發電(dian)系(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)的核(he)心部(bu)(bu)分,也(ye)是太(tai)陽(yang)能(neng)(neng)發電(dian)系(xi)統中(zhong)(zhong)價值(zhi)最高的部(bu)(bu)分。其作用是將太(tai)陽(yang)的輻射能(neng)(neng)力轉換(huan)為電(dian)能(neng)(neng),或(huo)送往蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)中(zhong)(zhong)存儲起(qi)來(lai),或(huo)推動(dong)負(fu)載工作。 

      (二(er))太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi):太陽能(neng)(neng)(neng)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)的作用是控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)整個系統的工作狀態,并(bing)對(dui)蓄電(dian)池起到過充電(dian)保護(hu)、過放(fang)電(dian)保護(hu)的作用。在溫差較大的地方,合格的控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)還應具(ju)備溫度補(bu)償(chang)的功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)。其他附加功(gong)能(neng)(neng)(neng)如光控(kong)開(kai)關、時控(kong)開(kai)關都應當是控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)的可選項; 

      (三)蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi):一般為鉛酸電(dian)(dian)池(chi),小微型系統中,也可用(yong)鎳氫電(dian)(dian)池(chi)、鎳鎘(ge)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)或鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)。其作用(yong)是(shi)在有光照時將太陽能(neng)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)板所發出(chu)的電(dian)(dian)能(neng)儲存起來,到(dao)需要的時候(hou)再釋放出(chu)來。 

      (四)逆(ni)變器:太陽能(neng)的直(zhi)接輸出一般都是12VDC、24VDC、48VDC。為能(neng)向(xiang)220VAC的電(dian)器提供(gong)電(dian)能(neng),需要將太陽能(neng)發(fa)電(dian)系統所(suo)發(fa)出的直(zhi)流電(dian)能(neng)轉換成(cheng)交(jiao)流電(dian)能(neng),因此需要使用DC-AC逆(ni)變器。
